Being free and uninhibited didn't come over night. It came from realizing that trying to do things to please others or listening to people that don't have your best interest at heart won't do shit for you except keep you down. I've been there, done that....and it's so TIRED and Yesterday!!!! I wanted these photos to express that I am unbothered and going to do me and talent.

Muzo: How exactly does one decide to become a dance diva? Does it just 'happen'?
TANIA: The great thing about dance music is that it's universal. Honey, you can take a boring-ass country song and make it a number one hit in dance if the talent is there...
The beauty of it all - and key word - is dance!!!! Unleashing my visions and talent just fit in the dance world!! The diva part came easy!! To me, a real diva not only has the talent but also the passion and heart to appreciate everyone, even the ones that are haters in the business! Not to mention a great sense of humor and personality!

Muzo: I know you spent a lot of time in Miami and New York, but where's home?
TANIA: New York is home, but I know how to play the game with mother nature. Winter in Miami - summers in New York, cause Miami is too fucking hot then!!!!

TANIA: I've can't say I do..Each city I've performed in had something special! Whether it was the guys being all hot, the food being extremely good, the weather being amazing...but I can say this: The people in all of those places were absolutely fantastic and welcoming with open arms.

Muzo: How did you and Alex (aka Maximus 3000) hookup?
TANIA: In the back seat of my Porsche!!!!....lol...just kidding. It was several Winter Music Conferences ago...Maximus was cleaning house in the label department, and I was cleaning house with the bullshit producer department, so it was love at first sight!

Muzo: What was the collaboration process like?
TANIA: It was actually instantaneous. We bonded like super glue! I saw amazing talent with an eye for edge and creativity, and he saw the same in me. Our visions in music were very similiar. Putting us together was the universe's plan after all!

Muzo: Is he as easy to get in bed as they say?
TANIA: OMG! He doesn't seem like that to me! He is so focused on getting his career to where he wants it be that I don't see him as having time for 'easy'! Whoever 'they' are, probably wants to sleep with him! Being young and single can certainly make more time in the bedroom.<smiling>
Muzo: Oh, fine - it was me that started that rumor, and well, if the shoe fits, m'kay!?!? lol

TANIA: The response by the fans to 'Can't Stop Movin Part 1' was so amazing that I had to make a part 2.....Let me tell you, Part 1 was such a great experience with many talented and fantastic producers. Part 2 had to really make a stamp! Let me tell you, I believe it did! I pushed the sounds and vocals a little deeper and harder...I know you like the sound of that.. and edgier!...LOL....The beauty of being an artist is great artist evolve! I plan to be just that!

Muzo: Performers/artists you admire?
TANIA: There are so many that are extremely talented. I could go on and on with a list, but that would take up way to much time! Let's name a few...Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Depeche Mode...just to name a few. They stand out, because they are artists who push the bar and just go all out!

TANIA: I get that all the time! The only relation to Pepper is we shared the stage, the passion and love for great music and hopefully soon some barbecue! We spoke not to long ago that when she comes to NY she is going to stay with me, and we are going to make a barbecue mess! Wanna come?

Muzo: What's next for Tania?
TANIA: Have some really great projects underway that are sure to make some serious noise! I also wanted to let you know that I am working on a few Christmas tracks that are going to have a TANIA twist with two great producers, Josh Riptide and, of course, my honeyliciousness Maximus 3000.
Maximus 3000 and myself are also working on a tour which entails tons of drama, lights and futuristic storyboards. Let's put it this way...I call this the REINVENTION of TANIA.
